Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions
Full refund within 7 days of your first payment. Annual plans: pro-rata refund within 30 days.
2. Courses
Refund within 7 days if less than 20% of the course has been completed and no certificate has been issued.
3. How to request
Open a ticket from Help & Support with your invoice number.
